| Clubhouse |
| The clubhouse at Indian Hills features a spacious oak trimmed ballroom that will comfortably seat 220. A gas fireplace, twenty-foot ceilings and crystal chandeliers add to the overall ambiance making this the perfect backdrop for any special occasion.
Large windows provide a picturesque panorama for guests to enjoy while seated in the adjoining dining room. This room will seat 75 guests and can be used in conjunction with the ballroom for large events, or as the setting for smaller events.
The clubhouse also has two bars. |

| Upstairs Bar |
| The upstairs bar overlooks the golf course and adjoins the ballroom. It too is trimmed in oak and is the perfect place to sit while enjoying a beverage and the splendid view of the course. |

| Downstairs Bar |
| The downstairs bar and dining area are more casual. The wood paneled room offers a relaxed atmosphere following a round of golf. Members utilize this area when the main upstairs bar is being used for outside events. It is also used for golf events. |

| Outdoor Patio |
| During summer months, the outdoor patio at the rear of the clubhouse offers shaded seating under a large canopy. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken and other tasty offerings are cooked on the outdoor grill. |

| Tennis Courts
Indian Hills has two fenced in courts with lights available for nighttime play. Tennis is included with all social and golf memberships. |
